4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for
cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Repeated
missed appointments may result in limited future booking privileges.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash,
credit/debit cards, and authorized third-party payments. All sales for treatments and
services are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of service error or medical
contraindication, at the discretion of management.

6. Service Modifications

KM Wellness Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or
pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Conduct

You agree to act respectfully and responsibly while on our premises. We reserve the right to
refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or posing a safety risk.

8. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept any potential risks involved. KM
Wellness Center and its staff are not liable for adverse outcomes unless resulting from gross
negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website, brochures, or materials is the property of KM Wellness
Center and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

our services signifies your acceptance of any changes.
