Personal Trainer in El Paso, TX
Personal training at KM Wellness Center is built around a real care team, not a single trainer working in isolation. Exercise programming is led by Brenda Alvarez, MS, Lead Kinesiologist, delivered with Aaron Vazquez, BS, Certified Personal Trainer, and aligned with your nutrition plan by Daniel Chavez, RD, LD, CSCS — so your training, recovery, and eating habits all move in the same direction.
Your First Session: A Complimentary Fitness Consultation
Before you start training, every new client gets a complimentary consultation that covers:
- Comprehensive needs assessment & goal discussion
- Health and medical history review
- Exercise history and lifestyle assessment
- Injury, movement, and contraindication screening
- Baseline physical assessment: body composition, mobility, strength, balance, cardiovascular fitness, posture, and movement quality
From there, we build an individualized exercise program based on your current abilities and goals — not a generic template.
Training Formats
- One-on-One Personal Training: Fully individualized attention every session.
- Semi-Private Training: Train alongside one other client (2 clients per session).
- Small Group Training: Supportive group sessions capped at 6 participants.
We offer both contract and non-contract options. Because programs are individualized, contact us for current pricing and packages.
Training That's Connected to Your Nutrition Plan
Because Daniel Chavez is both a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, your exercise programming isn't designed separately from your nutrition plan. If you're also working with us on weight management or GLP-1 weight loss counseling, Brenda's programming is coordinated with that care rather than treated as a separate service.
